Theatre Organ Performance

The Organs
The centerpieces of our organization are the spectacular Wurlitzer theatre organs on which we present programming.
GROTON, MA
The second-largest theatre organ in New England, the Shanklin Wurlitzer is world-renowned for its fine sound and impeccable restoration. The Music Hall itself was built specifically for the organ, giving audiences an unparalleled concert experience.

WELLESLEY, MA
Originally installed in Loew's State Theatre in Boston the Babson organ was saved when the theatre was demolished in 1968 and installed in Knight Auditorium at Babson. Since then, more than five hundred performances have taken place here.

NEW BEDFORD, MA
Providing the authentic in-theatre experience, the Zeiterion's Wurlitzer has been wowing audiences since it was installed in the building in 1923.

Stoneham, MA
Stoneham boasts the only town hall in the country with a pipe organ - the Wurlitzer originally installed in the studios of WNAC radio in Kenmore Square, Boston. Recently restored, it sings again into the supportive acoustics of the town hall's auditorium.
