Charlie Briggs was a decades-long supporter of EMCATOS, most recently serving as President.
 

In 2023 Charlie was named Member of the Year by the American Theatre Organ Society
for his years of service and contributions to the theatre organ art form.
 

A staunch supporter of young artists, Charlie initiated and sponsored
the annual EMCATOS Young Organist Concert for many years
helping to start the careers of many organists playing on the concert circuit today.
